Six simple steps to place your first order at K2:

  1. Registration:
    Primarily, this online shop is meant to optimise the cooperation with our customers. If you are not registered yet as our customer, an initial registration will be necessary.
  2. Access and conditions
    After your registration we consider our cooperation options and the corresponding access for you. At the same time, the trading conditions for your company will be set up in our online shop system.
  3. Order processing via online shop system:
    Our online shop system allows our customers to place comprehensive orders quickly and easily. You will save a lot of time and optimize your purchasing process. You can use the search box to look for individual item numbers or upload entire lists of reference numbers and find your purchasing conditions at once. Further down on this page you will find an illustration to explain the whole procedure again.
  4. Order confirmation:
    After receiving your purchase order via online shop, we will check the details internally and send you an order confirmation. Prices in the online shop are not binding and will only become binding with our order confirmation. Delivery times are 3 to 8 weeks and will be specified again in the order confirmation.
  5. Delivery status:
    You can check your order status in your customer account. All news and changes will be published there. As soon as your order has been prepared for dispatch or collection, we will inform you about the dates of packing.
  6. Warranty
    We deliver solely high quality products and grant a 12-months warranty as from the date of purchase. In case of a warranty claim we will examine the respective defects together with the manufacturers and settle the claim according to the results.

Ordering by means of search function and manufacturers' item numbers or OEM references

Just enter the known item numbers of the required spare parts into the search box and start your search. If the required part is available, a list appears where you can fill in the requested quantity and place it in your shopping basket. After adding your product to the basket, you can still change the purchase order quantity, view the price and define your requested dispatch options.

Ordering by means of uploading a parts list (file format XLS or CSV)

When ordering a large number of different items, this method is particularly effective.

To create your order, just upload your list with required items to our server and add all available products to your shopping basket.
